Box Office on ul. Sienkiewicza (Concert Hall) opening hours:
Monday–Saturday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: before concerts from 4 p.m.; before children’s concerts from 10 a.m.
Box Office on ul. Moniuszki (Chamber Music Hall) opening hours:
ne hour before a concert at the Chamber Music Hall.
Box offices accept credit cards payments.
Tickets for Warsaw Philharmonic concerts can also be purchased from ticket machines located in the Philharmonic building. The ticket machine in the Box Office hall (ul. Sienkiewicza) is open during ticket office hours, while the machine at the entrance from ul. Jasna is available daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. At both ticket machines, payment is only possible by card.

Ticket reservations end two weeks before a concert. After that date, tickets will only be available on general sale. Reserved tickets should be paid for within seven days of the reservation date.
Tickets can be paid by bank transfer (account PL07113010170020146135200007) and collected on the day of the concert at the box office.
Returns
Tickets purchased at the box office can only be returned on presentation of the fiscal receipt no later the one week before the concert.
Discounts
Youngsters and students aged up to 26, as well as those on a state pension or allowance, are entitled to a 25% discount (except for the special, educational and children’s concerts).
Please show your document entitling you to the discount - ZUS card, also international student card ISIC - both at the box office when purchasing your ticket and later on when entering the concert.
The Concert Hall has 1069 seats.
The Chamber Music Hall has 378 seats.
